I figured it out.

I wanted to let you know that I finally figured out
why I couldn't view this page:

After three hours of thinking on this, I thought that
maybe I should check the 'Parental Control' settings
of the NORTON INTERNET SECURITY panel.

I got there and went down the list of sites that you
can choose to have blocked.  Nothing seemed to fit
until I came to the checkbox for 'Violence'.  I
unchecked that and then went back to the browser to
check the page.

Guess what?  It showed up and the source code was
perfect.

Of course, I feel like a right twit because I spent
all that time chasing my tail when the answer was
right in front of me.  But sometimes it goes like
that.  However, I'm just happy to know that there was
a solution to this.

I'm sorry for taking up your time on the list with
this but I hope this may be of help for somebody else
who encounters this problem.

And Jennifer, thank you for getting in touch with me
about this.  I do really appreciate you taking the
time to do so.
