I don't know what the support for the page media in NS 
6.xx or IE 5.5/6 but here is what the support isn't ;)
NS 4.xx - supports none of the properties
MOZ 5 (july 12 build) - supports none of the properties
IE 4 - supports page-break-before, page-break-after 
(sort of buggy)
IE 5.  same as IE 4
OP 3.xx - supports none of the properties
