OT: "For Sale" Application

I'm looking for a simple Web-based application that allows people to
advertise something they've got for sale. It would essentially be like a
message board, only simpler (for instance, no one would be replying to
anyone else's posts). User's need to be able to maybe pick a category =
for
the thing they've got for sale, then write up a description about it. =
When
the item is sold, they need to be able to somehow delete the listing or =
mark
it as being sold.

Does anyone have any experience with anything like this? I've thought =
about
just grabbing a bulletin board app and customizing it, but I thought I'd
first see if anything already exists that does what I want.

Oh, yeah... It needs to be free!
