Scroll Bar

Hello, 

Dreamweaver has a readymade java script which allows me to scroll text in a 
particular area of the screen. But now I am in need of a script that allows 
me to give a scroll bar along with the up and down arrows. 

I found such a java script scroll bar at:

But i am unable to figure out how it works. Can someone help? Does someone 
know of another place where I can get a similar script??
