CSS woes

Hi all, 

I am at my wits end to get this page to render correctly

As you can see, the Quick Review and Food Rating blocks are a mess.
For the life of me I cannot get these to render correctly in mozilla
or in IE. Any pointers, clues, abuse greatfully recieved.
