<Div> Location Render Differences IE and NN

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have 2 pages which have identical <div>s defined.

The above page renders fine on both browsers.

http://www.second-street.com/test/ReferencesSites.html

Renders fine on IE, but the third <div> (containing a table; I left the
border on so you can see) sinks down on NN. 

To get it to appear alright on NN, I have to adjust the coordinates
up to 0,0. Then it looks okay on NN; but not on IE. As though NN is
positioning it  relative to other <DIV>s.

I really don't understand why it works fine on the one page - but not on
the other.

Any help is very appreciated.
