Link Opens a New Browser Window

Hi all:


	OK, I am feeling dumb here, and can not find the answer .... how do I create a link that opens a new browser window, and fetches that link? I want to have my site left on the originating browser, and the new link on the new window browser. I am not operating in a frames environment here!
