Book on SQLserver and ASP

Hi listfolk:

I hope this is not too off topic.  I will shortly be working with several
projects that have an online registration component.  We run Windows NT
here at our office and we have MS SQLserver installed on the server.  [We
used to use filemaker pro and these kind of things were a breeze... but we
have since changed camps..  :( ]  I have set up a database in Access with
the data structure for the event.  Now I just have to do the ASP page, that
will capture the data from a webpage and add it into the database.  Of
course there needs to be some basic data validation (did you enter your
email address and name, etc) but otherwise this is very straightforward.

I was wondering if anyone had any book or website recommendations that they
found especially helpful when interacting with the MS SQLserver and/or
Active Server Pages.
