Send email to cellphone

Where can I find info on how to properly create email that is being sent
from a regular email client (Eudora Lite) to a cell phone (Nextel)? I want
the display on the receiving end to be easy to read and not all run
together. Just using CRs at the end of short lines doesn't do it.

I'm sure it's some of this "new fangled coding stuff!" :)
