Re: Hierarchical Menus

I couldn't get to the NCTM page, but I have two variations, both
non-graphical, of hierarchical menus you might look at:

1. the menu on http://baltimorecitycollege.org/~tempweb/ was free from
http://www.dynamicdrive.com but very frustrating to build (and rebuild, and
rebuild)  

2. the menu triggered by the picture at
http://baltimorecitycollege.org/index.html was very not free but also very
easy to build, made with Macromedia Fireworks 4 (FW gives you a choice of
graphical or text for the menu)
