Good point. In Denmark it is not necessarily so - it also depends on what kind 
of business you're in. You can register your trademark in specific areas, not 
across the board, so to speak. So your funeral home and plumbers and 
pipefitters could very well use the names you mention - in Denmark.

However, it's not exactly a widespread practice - you normally don't want to 
confuse your customers too much by using known brand names, and have 
them try contacting you the wrong place(s).
