Hopefully never - monopolies are never a good thing, even if it means that you 
as a developer have to be a bit better at your job.

The question is rather, why does Netscape not implement both existing as well 
as (elements of ) coming standards? I'm of course thinking of CSS1 and 2. 
And why do they not react quicker to the developments from their competitors?
