That depends on how you've structured your html page folders on your 
harddisk.

I have everything under the folder "www", so using Homesite it took me about 
5 minutes to change the < br> and < hr> tags to < br /> and < hr /> (I've 
added spaces in front of the first character in the tags here, to be on the safe 
side). Conversion of all tags to lowercase is also an option in the HomeSite 
menu. The adding of a slash at the end of < img src...> I did by hand.
