Dear Buddy and friends,

I always just assume that someone might take my backgrounds, 
graphics or photos for their own use. I do have stronger feelings 
about the theft of content. I am a freelance writer and I have found 
things I have written on other websites. People have either taken 
them down or attributed them to me upon request.

A shocking example of plagiarism occurred this week. The print and 
online versions of a California newspaper stole original content off a 
very popular website of a friend. I have written the CEO and the 
managing editor. I expect plagiarism from individuals, but not from 
established newspapers.
