They won't spread virii unless they manually forward the infected 
message.  Since there is no WSH on Mac or *ix, nor an Outlook 
Address Book, there is no way they can aid in the proliferation of 
the virus.

Windows users are far and away the most at risk of virus infection, 
and should always have significant measures in place to combat it.

A good virus scanner (I use InnoculateIT PE) and a mail client that 
doesn't interface with the WSH has proven very effective.  I've 
received one or two infected emails, but they were not able to 
damage my system.
