Sure. ;-)

I've always used lower-case tags and such.  In fact, I've passed by 
several dev tools when they wouldn't support lower case, or if they 
supported it poorly.  That's not really a problem with any of them 
any more, but I remember an earlyish HotDog that wouldn't do it.

Why do I like the lower case?  Dunno, guess because I'm 
comfortable on the command line, like unix/linux/etc, and play 
around in things like C and perl.  I've never had a problem 
separating the tags from the content, since pretty much any editor 
made for the last few years does syntax highlighting, at the least.  
Vim even does a very good job as an HTML editor.
