Q: Perl modul servers

Hello

I am trying to apply on a free hosting servers a script that is using Chart and 
GD perl moduls but the script fails because of lack of support of these two 
modules.

My question is:

      How could I use (if possible at all) modules not installed and available
      to the perl interpretor
or
      Do you know a free web hosting server where GD and Chart libraries are
      available.
