Netscape 4.75 on Mac

Hello all,

I'm having a problem when viewing a site in Netscape 4.75 on an 
iMac.  I'm not seeing this in any other browser on this or any other 
operating system.  I have a 3 column layout using tables (not ideal 
but it works for now).  The left most column has a drop down box in 
it.  In this browser/os combo, the drop down is considerably wider 
than it is anywhere else and pushes the right most column out of 
alignment with the rest of the page.  

Is there any way to control this width other than changing all the 
links in the drop down to shorter names (which I don't want to do)? 
Or will it just have to look a little funky to these few users using 
this setup?
