Yes, yes!

There is a way to do HTML formatted mail - called Mail 
HTML - but a lot of mail clients may not support it well. 
There's also HTML mail called "lazy HTML" - it doesn't 
include attached images, so when the recpient opens 
it, it tries to go out on the Internet and get the picture. 
This can cause serious security and privacy problems 
(it's the default action for MS Outlook and Outlook 
Express).
