Do your own map. FWIW, I regularly get inaccurate 
maps from most of the mapping services, so don't 
consider them worthwhile.

Make it simple enough to figure out where the business 
is but free of unnecessary items, add the business 
location info you need, and use that. Do it in an 
illustration program like XaraX, Freehand, Canvas, 
CorelDraw, or support your local graphics monopoly 
and use Illustrator. Then you can use the same drawing 
to produce a sharp, clear graphic for the web, as well 
as good printed output.
