I must admit, that is unique (although over-the-top and silly, right up 
there with too many animated gifs and the <blink> tag imho), but I 
tooko a look at the source in the web page, and I think it has 
something to do with the function ScrollTitle() tag near the top.

And, Stephanie, it is eggsolutions.com.(but I'm on IE6)
