Uploading files to host

I think it was on this list that someone mentioned the use of 
FrontPage Express as a tool for uploading (but I could not track it 
down in my email archives). 

I am looking at a situation in which I may have up to 100 pages 
developed and tested on in house machines, a fair bit of PHP, no 
M$ specific code, and I would like to be able to update the site on 
the host very easily and on a fairly regular basis. I can use eg 
LeechFTP or CuteFTP but that is uploading pages which don't need 
to be changed, and is fairly labor intensive. I also note that there are 
discrepancies in apparent file sizes between a file on my win98 
machine and same file on the unix host, so that could make selective 
updates difficult.


I'd appreciate any ideas.
