are we talking about the alt text not working or the alt text not 
showing up as a hover pseudo tool tip?

if it's the alt text not working, in which version is it fixed?
works fine in mosaic killer 9.5

if it's the alt text not being displayed as a tooltip, where is this 
documented as a bug?
