Yep, blank page. Probably because in your frameset document, you opened two 
frameset tags but only closed one of them. Netscape is more sensitive to 
incorrect HTML than IE, especially with some closing tags. A quick check 
through the W3C validator at http://validator.w3.org/ usually points these 
things out quickly.
