Seems with Netsol when you want to change anything its like an act of congress and several days wait to get it done. Ever try to talk a customer through the Netsol process when they have registered the name themselves? At Directnic I log in, make my change in a couple minutes and its effective in hours - not days. I never have to resort to faxes or phone calls which I have several times with Netsol. This is vitally important to me because I have seen hosting companies go from great to 500 sites on a server in months. You have to be able to move quick! I don't want to be held hostage by anyone.
