I'm new to PHP. My "programming" background 
contains smatterings of FORTH, BASIC, and Java. I 
can read C/C++ reasonably well but have never coded 
anything in it. Any good book on PHP that I can use to 
get going? Unfortunately, right now, I can only pick up 
on, and I won't be in a situation with Internet access so 
the online PHP docs are no good for me during that 
time.

Also, anyone familiar with Postnuke (the PHP-based 
Open Source content management system)? I'd like to 
be using it on my church's new web site, so others can 
update content without having to drag me into the 
process anymore!
