Don't know about other popup-killers, but the one I use 
only kills popups opened by the website on it's own - 
the kind triggered by onLoad or onUnload events. If I 
click a link that displays a popup, that popup works 
just fine. So in my case, there has been no impact on 
help windows, enlarged image views, etc.
