One weakness of this approach, though, that might 
effect her use of is that you have to install Contribute on 
the computer you want to use. If she's like other 
musicians I know (and have been) they spend a lot of 
time away from their computer. It might be better to 
have a content management type of app running on her 
web site itself, then she could login from anywhere and 
update whatever information you've set up the system 
to allow her to do. Re the calendar, there are many free 
calendar scripts around that you could use on her site.
