Plenty can do that, including GSView and a number of 
others. For that matter, you could open the PDF in 
Acrobat, copy and paste, if all that's needed is the text. 
But Mike was looking to convert to RTF or Word doc 
format ... I don't know of any free utilities that do that 
conversion.
