You'd have to check around. You might well find 
hosting services that provide it or something similar 
(most likely, RealSystems). They'd probably charge 
extra, esepcially when you consider how much 
bandwidth streaming media can consume.

I think that would be a very good idea - very flexible, 
and doesn't require that they have an active net 
connection to listen to it. Keep in mind that many 
hosting services won't allow you to even put your own 
(original and copyrighted by you!) MP3 files on their 
servers (courtesy of the idiots at RIAA), important thing 
to think about.
