He's full of BS. Just visit http://www.mp3.com or 
http://www.shoutcast.com and see what real musicians 
(like Sinead O'Connor) are using to put CD cuts on the 
web. Plus she can encode her own MP3s, not pay 
someone to do it for her.  

FWIW, if I come to a site that only offers RealAudio, I 
go elsewhere. I don't support the use of proprietary data 
formats, and RealAudio requires the proprietary Real 
player software. (Not to mention that MP3 streams 
don't break up over my network and/or broadband 
connections the way RealPlayer streams do.)
