Yes, right on the nose. Actually A:hover should be very last in the list so
it should be:
A:link
A:visited
A:active
A:hover
I found this out on my own about 4 months ago when one CSS worked just
fine but the A:hover would not work on visited or active links in a new one
I had
created and took me a bit to make the connection between the sporadic working
CSS and ordered designation of the links.
