Hi Linda,
There is something embedded in the page that the browser 'thinks' requires Windows services,.. so this causes the browser to invoke 'rundll32' [to obtain those windows services]. This is MAJOR security issue, .. as it permits just about any windows function - I, for one, would NEVER allow it.
I scanned the page but did not see anything obvious that would be causing it, .. you might want to check with the PageMill folks??
