MS Outlook: A defective program - it's limited filtering capacity alone is
enough to drive one up the wall, let alone the security breaches it creates.

Occaisionally requires a "reboot" or "reinstall", but it works relatively
well on the Win platform. Most problems related to memory management -
it's a memory hog! - but filtering and personalities more than make up for it.
