I installed Eudora Pro at the start of this year, and have been very happy
with how it handles multiple mailboxes.
Essentially, all my mail is picked up at once, and I can send outgoing mail
from whichever address I choose, too. Using Eudora's filters helps
further, as I can also sort my mail into various folders as it arrives.
