Oh No -- there goes my computer for sure.

I can just imagine the crashes now. I have enough trouble with animated 
banner ads. If you're successful, how would I avoid this??

Or, what if I have flash 4 and you send flash 5 -- will my e-mail just crap 
out, lock up and quit since I don't have the right flash?

Most common? Someone still won't have the needed one, so then what?

Oh no I am not buying a bigger, faster computer with a broadband connection 
just so I can get video e-mail.

I know, this post offers no help whatsoever, but your query definitely 
caused me to hit the panic button.
