Suzanne, It depends on the form you're using. If you have cgi access, then I prefer the all-in-one form processor from http://www.bignosebird.com/. It will do pretty much whatever you tell it to do through some easy-to-configure hidden fields and also write the results to a tab-delimited file. I found it to be the easiest form script for customizing and configuring.
