LOL - Not possible!
Not now, not in the past, not ever.
Only vaguely *maybe* in the future, but only if browsers change tremendously.
If someone can view your page they can copy your code and your images, too.
Actually, once they're at your page, they already HAVE your page and images
in their computer!! It's in the cache file folder of the browser.

Click of a couple of buttons Java + Java Script is turned off. With J + JS
turned off, one will be able to right click on any image and save it. I do
it all the time! Not for an ulterior motive, but because I navigate via
right clicking links a lot, and it ticked me off that someone *thinks* they
can protect their images and code by making *MY* method of navigation
inconvenient.
Or ... one can also go up to the menu on the top of the browser, choose
"view" then "source" and see where your images are. Highlight the file/path
to whatever image they want, ctrl-c to copy, go back to browser view,
highlight and ctrl-v to paste, hit enter, and there is your image, fat and
sassy and ready to be right clicked on.

LOL - that's a trick and you were fooled.
Open your document up in Notepad or other text editor, type a few nonsense
lines -- or go ahead, try to be clever and type "you aren't allowed to view
the code" near the top of the raw HTML document. Hit some returns -- maybe
20 or 30?? Save it, upload it. When viewing the source code, what you will
immediately see is what you typed. BUT, there will be a scroll bar along
the side of the page! Scroll down, you'll see the rest of the code.
Sorry to break that bubble ... but it's better to know, than *believe* you
are protecting anything.
