flash question

Hi all,

I tried this question on a flash newsgroup but did not get it resolved so I 
hope someone can help me here.
I apologize if this is off base.

I have a button in flash that I need to open a window with specific 
dimensions and location. I know how to do that with html/javascript, but 
have not been able to figure it out in Flash.

Any Flash gurus out there who can help?
