netscape detection question

Hi all,

I am using Dreamweaver to detect whether a browser is NN or IE and am 
having some problems with it.

I want to present the index.html page to IE and to indexnn.html to NN.

The code Dreamweaver generated works with NN6 redirecting the browser to 
the correct page, but NN4.x does not seem to work.

Can someone please look at this and give me an idea why?
