Thanks to all the people who responded with suggestions, but I seem to be 
having a problem that none of these browser detection schemes is working 
for me. Something is messing up here and I can't figure out why.

One suggestion was to use a redirection page as the index.html, but my 
concern is that I may lose search engine placement with that. Is that a 
valid concern?

But more concern is why does this not work for NN4, but does work for NN6?
