Client submission of text content

Hi all,

I am designing a site that will have several areas where the client's 
employees will be able to add content (text only, no graphics).

These employees are not techies so this has to be very simple. So this has 
to be either by way of typing (or cut/paste) in the content into a "form", 
or upload an existing file (which can be dangerous since we can't determine 
what format that will be).

Any suggestions?
