Hi everyone,

I am attempting to do a page that allows me to upload a jpg file using a 
perl routine called upload.pl I got on the net.

It works great, however, along with the file, I want to upload a caption 
for the photo and that is where I am having problems.

I am using the form below to upload the name file FILE1. I also want to get 
a caption for the photo and thought I could simply place another INPUT 
field called "caption", but I can't seem to get this going. The caption 
field never makes it. I assume it is due to the ENCTYPE of this form, but 
don't know how to resolve this other than to have two forms.

Any suggestions?
