Uploading Excel

Hi all,

I have an excel spreadsheet that I want to publish on a web page and was 
wondering how best to convert it into html without retyping the whole 
thing.  This info is not going to change so I don't need any DB or anything 
dynamic. It's just a lot of info I don't want to retype.

I remember some time ago someone suggesting to convert the excel to a CSV 
and then run some perl or other program that will convert it into an "html" 
type of file. Does anyone know what program will do this?

Any suggestions?
