Frames alignment

Yes, I know....frames stuff....

But I have a client that is using frames. In IE and NN6 all looks well. In 
NN4.x there is a visual problem.

Take a look at growthpointventures.com. The home page all is great because 
it is not framed. However, click the executive summary and you'll notice 
that the greens don't meet at the point.

Any ideas why? and how to fix?
