CSS question with NN

Hi everyone,

I am dipping my toes into using CSS with my sites and have a (probably) 
very simple question here.

Look at wuhi.org. In IE the title shows up as should be - white.

In NN it shows up black.

The style is set up to render it white. Any ideas why it does not show 
correctly in NN?

And a second question: clicking on any of the menu links seems to take a 
long time to bring up the next page in NN, where in IE it goes very quickly.
