Dropdown menu question

Hi all,

I set up a page for a client with a drop down menu I got off the net.

All was running fine. The client then wanted a popup that would appear when 
someone reached the site. So I added simple popup that disappears after 
several seconds. However, now the menu does not work.

Can someone look at these two pages and perhaps point out the error of my 
ways please.

Is the page with the popup. If you move your mouse over the Telecom 
Services, the menu does not show.

is the page without the popup. Move your mouse over the Telecom Services 
and you see the menu.

Any suggestions?
