Different view in NS7

Hi all,

I just started a new site and wanted to get an idea of how things will look 
in NS6 and 7 and found that there are some differences in how the site 
appears in IE (correctly) and how it appears in NS6 and 7.

Can I get some help from someone about why the yellow background is offset 
from the box in NS?

I can't seem to see what would cause this.
