wrapping a < UL> around a < DIV>

Hello

I have a few pages in which I would like to have an image and a line of 
text under it aligned on the right site of the page, with an < UL> 
encompassing the left side, up to and below the image and text. Does anyone 
know the easiest way to do this?

Internet Explorer users only for now, I'm working on making a Netscape 
friendly page to come soon.
