<iframe> is but <ilayer> is not as it is a Netscape 4.x specific=20
hack.  <iframe> is supported in IE since version 3.0 and will be in=20
Netscape 5.0 when it comes out but no other browsers that I know support=20
it, not even Opera 3.x.
